Placed centrally within West Sussex, Compass is a family run independent company providing a friendly and professional fire safety service to businesses within Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire and the other Home Counties.
Compass can undertake a fire risk assessment of your premises and provide a written report that is capable of demonstrating compliance with the articles of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Allied to this process your company may be required to provide competent members of staff with fire safety training, both fire risk assessments and our fire safety training courses have received third party accreditation through the Institution of Fire Engineers.
British Standard BS5839-1:2013 and BS5266-1:2011 provide guidance for the installation of fire alarms and emergency lighting systems respectively, Compass can guide you through the process of finding a suitable company to install and maintain these systems as well as giving honest advice regarding the correct provision of firefighting equipment as recommended within British Standard BS5306.
